Spring, 2022

dear friends,

I hope this finds you and yours well and thriving, despite these daunting roller-coaster times. I continue envisioning humans worldwide coming together to share and protect the welfare of our planet and the many versions of humans, plants, and creatures that make this place home. Imagination into action.

Update: Inspiration in the Aegean Workshop: After sadly canceling the 2020 workshop due to Covid, I hoped that 2021 and then 2022 might be possible. With war and a still uncertain pandemic situation, 2022 is not yet the right time. Hopefully, mid-June, 2023 is the charm for the next workshop on the beautiful island of Folegandros, Greece.

Inspiration in the Aegean is a six-day workshop integrating Greek myth, archetype, movement improvisation, language, and environment with study of the Alexander Technique. The workshop is open to all levels of experience.

For information about the workshop, visit the Greece Workshop link in the menu above.

At home: It’s been a great pleasure to consistently work in person again with NYC private students. And also, to be teaching in person at the William Esper Acting Studio, with wonderful groups of acting students.

I’ll be teaching in NYC on a weekly basis throughout the spring. If you’re interested in private lessons in NYC, or on the East End of Long Island -- please be in touch.  Information about Alexander Technique is found in the menu above under Areas of Focus.

On Shelter Island, we’ve jumped into vigorous, early spring gardening. It’s an inspiration spending time and effort with the plant world, laboring in service of blooms and bees to come.

Please stay in touch.

It’s always good to hear from you.

Happy Springtime. May peace prevail.

all my best,

Judith
